In-Person or Virtual Therapy
As an integrative counsellor, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Therapy is collaborative and intentionally individualized, with elements of these modalities thoughtfully integrated and adapted to each client's unique needs.
